The spiral captures something many people experience but struggle to explain: revisiting familiar places in life while carrying new capacity each time. The connection between biology and lived experience makes growth feel less like self-improvement and more like participation in a natural process.

Exactly! How amazing that is πŸ™

Sounds like a song to be played. The harmonies of life, whatever tune you play it’s played in nature like music.

β€œReturn does not mean failure” β€” that line carries more weight than people realize.

I love your newsletter so very much. Always feel hopeful and inspired to return, to reconnect with the parts of myself that have frayed and fizzled out. Grateful more than I can properly say - or pay. Would love to buy you a coffee once in a while if that's an option. Can't commit to a monthly obligation at this stage. https://buymeacoffee.com/

I feel that somehow we know this instinctively but you have articulated it so beautifully! Bravo. πŸ‘πŸΎ πŸŒ€ Round and round and round she goes, where she stops, nobody knows πŸŒ€

I thought of the spiral of the umbilical chord, the baby’s very lifeline.
