This post was inspired by a conversation I recently had on one of my notes where I wrote: “There’s a reason love feels infinite, it’s the one frequency the universe never collapses.”
The “Highest” Frequency isn’t a lesson in physics, it’s a meditation on emotional truth. What humanises this reflection most is its reverence for the full spectrum of feeling: not as noise, but as language. The text doesn’t idolise love; it listens to curiosity, pain, awe, and anger as sacred frequencies in their own right. Each emotion becomes a wave not to be judged, but welcomed. And in that welcoming, reality reshapes itself. The idea that presence collapses possibility into experience is more than quantum metaphor; it’s a call to live with attention, to honour what moves through us. Love may unify, but awe synchronises, pain deepens, and forgiveness restores. This isn’t about chasing the highest vibration it’s about becoming fluent in the music of being alive. Because coherence isn’t perfection. It’s the grace of being fully here.

I continue to be curious about that catch-all phrase -- Love. It seems to be thrown around somewhat carelessly, on the presumption everyone must know what it means. I'm more and more convinced that the code of language is interpreted uniquely by each individual. This curiosity of mine also seeks to know what you, and others, mean when they invoke words such as love, or grief, or even joy, as if everyone must know what is being said.
Great point here! Words like love, grief, joy, presence get used as if they’re universal constants, when in reality they’re way more personal and harder to pin down to one definition. I think about this a lot too… even something as simple as how two people perceive the same color can be completely different.
So, I always hope people feel into their own meaning rather than assume mine or anyone else's exactly matches theirs. Love that you brought this up :)
If our frequency is projected from our emotions, are we really getting at our base frequency that is more or less our identity, or are we recognizing our human body's changeable frequency? Is there a reliable path to living and expressing our Soul's way of expressing. I'm using frequency as a marker of the base state that the authentic self cannot help but be living and expressing.
Such a provoking reflection... it feels as if our emotional frequency is definitely changeable. You know? it moves with our nervous system, environment, and the stories we’re living.
But beneath that shifting "emotional tone", there is that base state like you said! If that is our authentic state then that doesn’t swing with circumstance (like our emotions do). Right? maybe it can get covered, distorted, or amplified.
So the path isn’t about forcing a frequency but it’s about clearing enough noise (like our stress, trauma, conditioning..) so that our baseline state can express more consistently.
I believe our Souls are essentially indestructible while our judgments, which generate emotions, can mess us up as human expressions. Striving to be other may blind us to who we truly are.
Beautifully written. I love the idea of emotions as frequencies shaping reality. It’s a helpful reminder that love isn’t the only ‘high’ energy—curiosity, awe, grief, and even anger have their own power when felt consciously. This perspective makes me want to pay closer attention to all of my emotional experiences.
I take from here to make a reference of The Mastery of Love. In it distinction of at least 5 loves one is capable of: Country, Family, Partners, Friends, Oneself. Love and appreciation?

I subscribed! I thought I had already but I so enjoy your feedback and the way your mind works!

Really intriguing thought! I like that concept.

This comment means a lot to me! The taking what you read and leading with resonance is exactly why I love to share and hear from others!
I loved this! It also resonates with my writing: https://substack.com/@theinnerfrequency
Love this. 🤍
Thank you! :)

I love listening to these! Thank you for sharing :)
Resonant resonators resonate resonately resonating resoundingly resonic reciprocity.
lol. Perfectly said 😅🙏🏼
This is great! I Love how you frame emotion as frequency, that’s exactly what I see in my work.
Every feeling is a pattern the nervous system uses to shape reality.
Curiosity expands.
Grief resonates.
Anger transforms.
Love unifies.
When we stop ranking emotions and start listening to them, they stop collapsing fear and start collapsing clarity.
Powerful piece.
Thank you so much! Exactly!! I am so glad you like this piece. Thank you for this comment expansion :)

Yes! I love that. (I would add in animals, love for pets and animals can be a type of unconditional love as well)
