Source Energy

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the idea of source energy. Not in the sense of trying to define it exactly, because I’m not sure some things are meant to be pinned down so quickly. The older I get, the more I realize that some of the most meaningful parts of being human seem to resist neat explanations. The moment we try to contain them completely, they seem to lose some of their shape.

I think I’ve become more interested in the feeling of it than the definition of it.

Throughout history people have used different words for what feels like a similar experience. Some call it God. Some call it spirit. Some call it consciousness, the universe, divine energy, source, or something else entirely. Different names, different stories, different frameworks trying to describe something that perhaps cannot be held from only one angle. Sometimes I wonder if they are all people standing in different places, pointing toward the same horizon.
